BOOK OF LUKE This picture was the result of a period of time spent studying the gospel of Luke.In it are many components found in the stories of the gospel. Some of the symbols are: The crown, representing the theme of the Kingdom of God; the $ sign - symbolizing Jesus'teaching on money; the communion cup, expressing the importance of the Last Supper; the Good Shepherd and His Sheep, the narrow road to heaven.......and several more. The scripture is one of the theme verses of the Book of Luke and the globe and the 'lost & found' items in the bottom right corner, symbolize that Jesus did indeed come for the whole world to bring salvation, especially to those who were considered worthless and a lost cause. |
