NIGHTINGALE MOMENTS
There is a poem by John Keats called
'Ode to a Nightingale' which I have always loved. In the poem, as Keats
listens to the beautiful song of the Nightingale, he finds himself wishing
that it's song could be immortal and that that moment's pleasure would
never end. The reality is, everything in our earthly lives will end one
day
- but there is one exception. His name is Jesus and His kingdom will have
no end. Jesus' death and resurrection is one thing we can stake our
lives on. Cling, therefore, to the message of the Cross. |
